PRD’s Production Workshop serves as the backbone for our Day Habilitation, Pre-Vocational, and Supported Employment programs, facilitating individuals' exploration, learning, and application of skills within a genuine work environment.
Participants are actively engaged in every aspect of a product’s lifecycle, from inception to production, packaging, and distribution. They derive fulfillment from shepherding a product through each stage, all the way into the hands of our customers.
The experiential learning and competencies acquired within PRD’s Workshop pave the way to a spectrum of employment opportunities for our participants. Our aim is to enrich their lives and foster empowerment. The technical, interpersonal, and overall workplace skills honed here are indispensable in enhancing our participants' quality of life and autonomy.
