PRD’s person-centered learning and training programs are designed to support our program participants on their journey to becoming more independent, self-reliant, and confident in their daily lives. 

 Our training programs at PRD emphasize a person-centered approach, geared toward empowering our program participants to enhance their independence, self-sufficiency, and confidence in their everyday lives.

Day Service Programs

Individualized Day Supports (IDS)

Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) provides the people we serve with community-based vocational training and life skills. All services are highly individualized and structured to emphasize social and developmental skills. 

Facility-Based Work/Prevocational Services

Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) serves as a valuable precursor-learning program, which provides an opportunity to build soft and hard skills, volunteer opportunities, and work experiences.  

Our program participants receive training on specific job-related tasks and develop skill-sets that support their goal of moving towards the Supported Employment Program and attaining long-term paid employment. 

 Centered Work and Pre-vocational Services

Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) serves as a valuable preparatory program, offering opportunities to cultivate both soft and hard skills, engage in volunteer activities, and gain work experience.

 Our program participants undergo training in specific job-related tasks, enabling them to build skill sets that align with their goal of transitioning into the Supported Employment Program and securing long-term paid employment.

  Pathway to Work

Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD) Job Readiness Program in cooperation with DRC and Vocational Rehabilitation focuses on supporting competitive integrated employment outcomes with Job Development support. Participants are paid minimum wage and provided soft and hard skills training, within the center and community integrated settings.

 Project ReDirect, Inc. (PRD), in collaboration with DRC and Vocational Rehabilitation, is dedicated to promoting competitive integrated employment outcomes through the Job Readiness Program. This program includes Job Development assistance, where participants receive minimum wage compensation and comprehensive training in both soft and hard skills. This training takes place in both center-based and community-integrated settings.
